Mukhyamantri Nishulk Coaching Yojana-General

The scheme “Mukhyamantri Nishulk Coaching Yojana-General ” launched by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Government of Rajasthan, aims to support General category students through free coaching, hostel accommodation for various entrance and professional exams.

• Residential Facility: Selected students will be provided with hostel accommodation under the departmental hostels. - Coaching Facility: Free coaching will be arranged in reputed local coaching institutes.

  Notes:

• Students availing benefits under this scheme will not be eligible to receive benefits under any similar central or state government scheme.

• If a student’s attendance is below 80%, their name will be removed from coaching, and the payment for that month will not be made to the coaching institution. In case of unavoidable circumstances, the department will consider the student’s application.

• No coaching institute shall collect any type of fee from the selected students; payment will be made directly by the department.

• Applicants availing the benefit of the scheme will not be eligible for the benefit of the "Anuprati Scheme" run by the department.

• Applicants must be natives of Rajasthan.
• Applicants must belong to the General category.
• SC applicants must have secured 70% marks in Class 10th.
• SC applicants seeking admission to IITs and medical colleges must have secured 80% marks in Mathematics and Science in Class 10.
• Undergraduate students must have secured 60% marks in the second and third year of graduation. If the results are not declared within the previous year, the results will be considered.
• Applicants must be studying regularly in Class 11th and 12th for admission to national-level technical/medical/law courses.
• Applicants must reside in the Social Justice and Empowerment Department's hostels in Jaipur and Kota.
• Applicants must be pursuing regular undergraduate/postgraduate studies at a government or recognized private college for CAT/MAT coaching for admission to national-level management institutes and IIMs.
• The annual income of the family (from all sources) should not exceed ₹2,50,000/-.

Notes:

• Coaching facility will be available to students for a maximum period of two years for the entrance examinations of engineering and medical courses and for only one year for the entrance examinations of law and management courses.
• Coaching facility for postgraduate courses will be provided to the students till the final year of graduation or till the next year of passing the graduation examination.
• Students admitted to the coaching institute can complete the course only within the period of the contract with the coaching institute. If the contract with any institute is for a period of 2 years, then admission can be taken in the 2-year course in the first year of the contract but admission cannot be taken in the 2-year course in the second year.

Registration Process:

Step 1: Visit the official portal of Rajasthan Single Sign On: https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the "Register here" tab.
Step 3: Select ‘Jan Aadhaar’ option for registration under the ‘Citizen’ tab.
Step 4: Complete the registration process by entering your Jan Aadhaar Number.
Step 5: After successful registration, you will receive a User ID (SSO ID) and Password. These credentials will allow you to check your application status and apply for scheme in the future.

Application Process:

Step 1: To apply under the scheme, revisit the official portal of Rajasthan Single Sign On: https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the "Login to RajSSO" tab.
Step 3: Enter your username (SSO ID), password, and Captcha, then click ‘Login’.
Step 4: Once logged in, update your profile.
Step 5: Click on SJMS SMS icon, then click on "HSMS (Hostel & RREIS)" icon
Step 6: Fill in the required information, and upload all necessary documents on the online portal.
Step 7: After entering the information and uploading the documents, make sure to submit/save your application form.
