योजना के बारे में
State Home, under the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Himachal Pradesh, provides shelter, care, protection, and rehabilitation support to destitute, helpless, abandoned women, and women at moral risk who are below 60 years of age.
The State Home-cum-Protective Home, Nari Sewa Sadan, Mashobra, Shimla, provides eligible women with free food, accommodation, education, counseling, and skill development training. After leaving the Home, eligible women are provided rehabilitation assistance of up to ₹25,000. A marriage grant of ₹51,000 is also provided to eligible women for their marriage.

Offline
Eligible women can approach the District Programme Officer / Child Development Project Office. Admission to the Home is provided by the District Programme Officer on the recommendation of the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM).
