योजना के बारे में
The Award Scheme (Incentives for Best Employers and Best Performing Persons with Disabilities) is implemented under the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Himachal Pradesh. This scheme aims to encourage private-sector employers to provide employment opportunities to Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and to recognize PwDs who demonstrate exceptional performance despite their disabilities. The scheme promotes self-respect, motivation, equal opportunity, and social inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in society. simple
लाभ
- Cash award of ₹30,000/- to three best-performing Persons with Disabilities
- Cash award of ₹30,000/- to one private employer who provides maximum employment to PwDs.
पात्रता
- The applicant should be a private employer hiring many Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) or a PwD who is visually impaired, hearing & speech impaired, or orthopedically disabled.
- The applicant should have done very well despite the disability or helped PwDs through employment.
आवेदन कैसे करें
Offline
The applicant should fill the application form and submit it, along with required documents, to the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment through the District Magistrate/District Welfare Officer by the date mentioned in the annual advertisement.
