योजनेविषयी
The Him Swablamban Yojana has been launched by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Himachal Pradesh, provides loans to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe families in rural and urban areas for self-employment projects in agriculture and allied activities, service and transport sectors, and industrial sectors, with project funding through a mix of promoter contribution, margin money loan, and term loan support.
लाभ
- Loans up to ₹5,00,000/- are available at an interest rate of 6%.
- Loans from ₹5,00,000/- to ₹30,00,00/- are available at an interest rate of 8%.
पात्रता
- The applicant should be a member of a Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe family.
- The applicant should be between 18 and 55 years of age.
- For transport loans, the applicant should be between 20 and 53 years of age.
- The applicant should have a valid driving license for the concerned vehicle (for transport loans).
- The applicant should be living below the poverty line.
- The applicant should have an annual income of up to ₹98,000/- in rural areas.
- The applicant should have an annual income of up to ₹1,20,000/- in urban areas.
- The applicant should not be a defaulter of any bank or financial institution.

Offline
Step 1: Obtain and fill the prescribed application form and attach all required documents.
Step 2: Submit the completed application to the concerned District Manager or Corporation office for verification.
Step 3: After approval, the application is forwarded to the HP SC/ST Development Corporation for further processing.
