योजना के बारे में
The Scholarship to Disabled Students scheme, under the Government of Himachal Pradesh and the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Directorate of SCs, OBCs & Minority Affairs, provides scholarships to students with disabilities studying in government-run educational institutions whose disability is assessed at 40% or more by the medical board, without any income limit.
लाभ
Classes 1 to 5
- Day Scholar: ₹625/- per month
- Hosteller: ₹1,875/- per month
Classes 6 to 8
- Day Scholar: ₹750/- per month
- Hosteller: ₹1,875/- per month
Classes 9 and 10
- Day Scholar: ₹950/- per month
- Hosteller: ₹1,875/- per month
Class 11 and 12 (10+1 & 10+2) / Post-Matric Courses
- Day Scholar: ₹1,250/- per month
- Hosteller: ₹2,500/- per month
Diploma Courses after 10+2
- Day Scholar: ₹1,875/- per month
- Hosteller: ₹3,750/- per month
Undergraduate Courses (BA / B.Sc / B.Com, etc.)
- Day Scholar: ₹1,875 per month
- Hosteller: ₹3,750 per month
LLB / B.Ed / Postgraduate Courses (MA / MSc / M.Ed / PG Diploma)
- Day Scholar: ₹2,250 per month
- Hosteller: ₹3,750 per month
Professional Courses (BE / B.Tech / MBBS)
- Day Scholar: ₹3,750 per month
- Hosteller: ₹5,000 per month
पात्रता
- The applicant should be a student with a disability assessed at 40% or more by a medical board.
- The applicant should be studying in a government-run educational institution.
- The applicant should be enrolled in a recognized course of study.
आवेदन कैसे करें
Offline
Step 1: The applicant should fill out the prescribed application form and attach the required documents (income certificate, disability certificate, and Himachali certificate).
Step 2: The applicant should submit the completed application through the concerned school/institution to the District Welfare Officer.
