Free Travel Facility for State Medalists in International Level Sports Events

Launched on 10th August, 2010, the scheme “Free Travel Facility for State Medalists in International Level Sports Events” by the Rajasthan State Transport Corporation under the Transport Department, Government of Rajasthan, aims to encourage international sports excellence through providing free bus travel to eligible state medalist sportspersons.

• Free Travel Facility: Eligible beneficiaries are provided free travel in Rajasthan State Transport Corporation(RSRTC ) buses. - Coverage of Buses: The benefit is applicable across all categories of RSRTC buses, excluding Super Luxury buses. - Route Applicability: The facility is valid only on routes where RSRTC buses are operational.
  

• The applicant should be a native resident of Rajasthan.
• The applicant should have won a medal at an international-level sports event.
• The applicant should have represented India.

Offline

Step 1: The applicant should present the original proof of participation and medal in the international sports event.
Step 2: The applicant should submit the documents at the Rajasthan State Transport Corporation headquarters, Jaipur.
Step 3: Upon verification of documents, the competent authority issues an identity card or RFID card.
Step 4: The applicant can thereafter avail free travel in eligible RSRTC buses using the issued card.
