The Delhi Police Special Cell arrested four more people on Tuesday over the October 18 firing at actor Tiger Shroff's car in Mumbai's Juhu, including two women. Investigators believe Salman Khan was the original target and the shooters switched to Shroff after spotting tight security. Three suspects were earlier detained in Kota.
