These terms are an agreement between you and Mukhyamantri. By using the site, signing in, or buying a plan you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

User accounts
You’re responsible for activity on your account. Don’t impersonate others or upload illegal content.
Paid plans and top-ups
Some features are sold as plans (for 30 or 365 days) and top-ups. Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before you pay; they are final and no tax is added at checkout. We may change prices and what a plan includes for future purchases. A plan you have already bought keeps the limits and price it was bought with until it ends.
Plans do not renew automatically. A top-up requires an active paid plan and ends with it. Limits are per account and per calendar day in Indian Standard Time; accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold. We may end access to a plan without refund where it is used to abuse the service, for example automated scraping or resale of answers.
Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. (“the gateway”). We receive only a confirmation, the amount, a transaction reference and the mobile number the gateway requires; we never see or store your UPI PIN, card details or bank credentials. A purchase takes effect only when the gateway confirms the payment to us for the exact amount shown.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refunds and cancellation, which forms part of these terms. In short: you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period; a full refund is available within the stated window if no paid benefit has been used; after use there is no refund.
Sevak AI and scheme information
Sevak AI is an automated assistant. Its answers and the scheme pages are information, not legal, financial or professional advice, and they can be incomplete or out of date. Eligibility, benefits, documents and deadlines are decided only by the government department running a scheme; always confirm on the official portal before acting. We do not guarantee that you qualify for, or will receive, any scheme or benefit.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for downtime, errors, data loss, or any loss arising from reliance on information on the site. For paid features, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may update these terms; the current version is always at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Changes do not reduce what an already-purchased plan includes.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
