No more brooms: Mumbai's air plan wants vacuum cleaners and sealed debris trucks

Environment and Climate Change Minister Pankaja Munde has announced a Clean Air Action Programme for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with vacuum cleaning machines for roads and a mandatory full cover for debris trucks. Guidelines will be ready in 15 to 20 days.
