Integrated Scheme for Export Promotion & Quality Improvement in Spices and Research and Development of Cardamom: Post-Harvest Improvement – Spice Slicing Machines (Nos.) is implemented by the Spices Board, India under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
The objective of the scheme is to promote the adoption of Spice Slicing Machines to mechanize post-harvest processing, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the quality of spices for export.
The scheme is being implemented in accordance with the modalities and guidelines approved by the Competent Authority under the Integrated Scheme for Export Promotion & Quality Improvement in Spices and Research and Development of Cardamom during the 15th Finance Commission period (2021–22 to 2025–26).
लाभ
- 50 % of cost of unit, subject to a maximum of ₹ 9000/- per unit for General Category and 75% subject to maximum of ₹13,000/- per unit for NE/SC/ST & 90% Spice Producer's Groups in Identified Clusters subject to maximum of ₹ 16,000/-
- Spices growers having a land holding size of 0.40 ha to 8 ha
- Assistance for groups/FPOs will be as in QGBG

2. Designated Officials will conduct final inspection and recommend the eligible cases.

Registration
Step 1: The applicant should visit the ServicesPlus website.
Step 2: Click on the “Register” option on the homepage.
Step 3: Fill out the registration form by entering Full Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, selecting State, and Captcha.
Step 4: Review all details carefully and submit the registration form.
Step 5: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email; enter the OTP and click “Verify.”
Step 6: Registration will be completed successfully, and a confirmation message will be displayed or sent via email.

Step 1: The applicant should visit the ServicesPlus website and click on “Login.”
Step 2: Enter your Email ID, Password, and Captcha.
Step 3: Select the relevant service/scheme name.
Step 4: Fill in the required details in the application form.
Step 5: Submit the application.

Eligible Spice Producer Groups (SPGs) in identified clusters can receive 90% of the unit cost, subject to a maximum of ₹16,000 per unit.
- Is proof of purchase required?
Yes. Applicants must submit the invoice and payment documents for the machine purchased from a Spices Board-empanelled manufacturer.
- Is proof of land ownership or possession required?
Yes. Applicants must submit valid land documents or a No Objection Certificate (NOC), wherever applicable.
- Can Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) or groups apply?
Yes. Eligible groups and FPOs can avail assistance as per the applicable group assistance guidelines.
