Free Travel Facility for Widows of Freedom Fighters

The scheme "Free Travel Facility for Widows of Freedom Fighters" by the Rajasthan State Transport Corporation, Government of Rajasthan, aims to support widows of freedom fighters by providing free bus travel facilities with one companion across all eligible RSRTC bus services.

• Free Travel Facility: Eligible beneficiaries are provided free travel in Rajasthan State Transport Corporation(RSRTC ) buses. - Coverage of Buses: The free travel facility is applicable in all categories of buses operated by the Rajasthan State Transport Corporation. - Route Applicability: The facility is valid within Rajasthan State and also outside Rajasthan State wherever Rajasthan State Transport Corporation buses are operational.
  

• The applicant should be the widow of a freedom fighter who is receiving pension under the Freedom Fighters Samman Pension Scheme.
• The applicant should be a permanent resident of Rajasthan State.
• The applicant should possess a valid Pension Payment Order issued by the Government of Rajasthan under the Freedom Fighters Samman Pension Scheme.
• The applicant should hold an RFID Card issued by the Rajasthan State Transport Corporation based on the pension credentials.

Step 1: The applicant should apply for the issuance of an RFID Card by submitting the prescribed documents.
Step 2: The applicant is required to submit one passport-size photograph along with the application.
Step 3: The application is to be submitted at the office of the Chief Manager of the Rajasthan State Transport Corporation.
