योजना के बारे में
The scheme “State Art Exhibition (Artist Category)” is a State Promotional Scheme implemented by the Art, Culture and Museums Department, Government of Goa. The scheme is organised as a promotional initiative to encourage and showcase the talents of local artists in the field of Fine Arts in Goa. The exhibition provides a platform for visual artists to present their artworks and gain public recognition.
The exhibition will be conducted in three sections, namely:
- Painting & Graphic Print
- Applied Art
- Sculpture
For participation, the entry form along with the rules and regulations (Prospectus) will be made available at Kala Academy. The dates for receiving entries will be announced through local daily newspapers. A non-refundable admission fee of ₹100/- per section will be charged. An artist may participate in more than one section; however, a separate entry fee is required for each section.
For selection and judging, Kala Academy will appoint a panel of three judges to evaluate and select the artworks.

- Three Best Awards of ₹20,000/- each will be awarded in each section of the exhibition.
पात्रता
- The applicant should be a local artist of Goa working in the field of Fine Arts.
- The applicant should submit original artwork created by the applicant and not previously awarded.
आवेदन कैसे करें
Offline
Step 1: The interested applicant should visit the Kala Academy, Goa, and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the Office of Tiatr Academy of Goa, Block A, 2nd Floor, Campal Trade Centre, Campal, Panaji, Goa.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents, within the prescribed period (if any), to the academy staff.
