Free Travel Facility for Widows of Soldiers Martyred in War, their Dependent Minor Children, and Parents

The scheme "Free Travel Facility for Widows of Soldiers Martyred in War, their Dependent Minor Children, and Parents" by the Rajasthan State Transport Corporation under the Transport Department, Government of Rajasthan, aims to provide free travel through RFID cards to eligible families of martyred soldiers within Rajasthan.

• Free Travel Facility: The beneficiary is provided free travel facility in Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation buses. - Applicable Bus Services: The benefit is available only on ordinary, express and Deluxe Services of Rajasthan State Transport Corporation. - Journey Coverage: Free travel is valid only within the Rajasthan State Area.
  

• The applicant should be a native resident of Rajasthan.
• The applicant should be any of the following:

1. Widows of soldiers/paramilitary personnel martyred in war or military operations.
2. Dependent minor children of such widows.
3. Parents of martyred soldiers.

Step 1: The applicant should collect all required documents for verification.
Step 2: The applicant should apply for the issuance of an RSRTC RFID card at the designated center.
Step 3: After successful verification, the RFID card is issued and used to avail free travel in eligible RSRTC buses.

1. Domicile Certificate.
2. Pension letter issued by the District Sainik Welfare Department in respect of martyred soldiers who died in the war.
3. Passport Size Photograph.
