Tata Motors and Italy's Iveco Group announced their coming together at a global press meet in Turin on Tuesday. The combined business has revenues of about 21 billion euros, or over Rs 2.28 lakh crore, and ranks fourth among commercial vehicle makers worldwide. Iveco will keep its headquarters in Turin.
