Deputy CM gets public works, Sagar revenue, as J&K portfolios are finally allotted

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha issued orders on Wednesday allocating portfolios to the eight ministers in the Omar Abdullah government, a day after the cabinet expansion. Departments left unallocated will remain with the Chief Minister.
