The Allahabad High Court on Thursday granted bail to Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan in a dual PAN card case, while refusing to stay the sentence. A Rampur trial court had sentenced him to 10 years in prison. Justice Samit Gopal heard Khan's revision petition.
