The Bombay High Court on Tuesday directed the BMC to re-upload actor Dia Mirza's firecracker-free Deepavali video, which the civic body had removed after objections from Mumbai BJP chief Ameet Satam and Mayor Ritu Tawde. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis played the row down, calling it a very small issue.
