Congress calls Mumbai 'jungle raj' after meeting police chief on crime and Wakode case

Mumbai Congress leaders met police commissioner Deven Bharti and submitted a memorandum on rising crime, the safety of public figures and the death of IIT Bombay student Sahil Wakode. MP Varsha Gaikwad said the city had become a 'jungle raj'.
