A Delhi court has refused the CBI's request to alter charges against former DHFL CMD Kapil Wadhawan, former director Dheeraj Wadhawan and businessman Ajay Ramesh Nawandar in the Rs 34,000 crore bank fraud case. In an order dated October 29, Special Judge Sanjeev Kumar Malhotra said the court cannot review its own charge-framing order except to fix clerical or typographical errors.
