Dearness allowance goes to 63%: the arrears ride with this month's salary, the order says

The Finance Ministry has issued the order for a three-percentage-point DA and DR increase, taking both to 63% of basic pay and pension from July 1. It covers 48.54 lakh employees and 68.71 lakh pensioners, and costs Rs 10,016.10 crore a year.
