Chargesheet filed, so no CBI probe: Supreme Court closes plea in Ayodhya temple theft

The Supreme Court on Monday disposed of a plea for a CBI probe into the donation theft at the Ayodhya Ram temple, noting that the SIT had filed a chargesheet. Petitioners may assist the magistrate, the court said, adding that it had expressed no view on the merits.
