Tata Communications will spend close to $450 million laying about 10,000 km of long-haul fibre to link India's AI data-centre corridors. The first phase covers Mumbai-Pune-Hyderabad-Chennai, with later phases reaching Visakhapatnam, Bhubaneswar, Jamnagar and GIFT City.
