Former MLA Chitra Wagh has strongly condemned the personal mudslinging and crude language Rohit Pawar used while exploiting the issue of students preparing for competitive exams. She also claimed that Sharad Pawar himself has turned away from Rohit Pawar's filthy stunt.

Wagh told Rohit Pawar that Sharad Pawar was in Pune yesterday but did not even visit the agitation. This shows that Rohit Pawar's entire drama is not acceptable even to Sharad Pawar, she said. She also made clear that those who do not get support within their own party should not criticise others.

"Personal mudslinging or childish language cannot hide your filthy stunt. The phrase 'you should be ashamed' is not in our vocabulary; it suits only those who use honest MPSC students to save their political existence," Chitra Wagh said.

Meanwhile, students preparing for competitive exams have agitated over alleged irregularities in Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) examinations, discrepancies in marks and irregularities in the selection process. Against this backdrop, Wagh has accused Rohit Pawar of exploiting the students' concerns for political gain.

Wagh assured that she stands firm with honest competitive exam students. She said students' questions need concrete action rather than personal disputes, and that Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is taking appropriate action.
