Shri Varun Panwar Memorial Award for B.Sc. Agriculture (2nd Year, 3rd Year, and 4th Year) Students

The “Shri Varun Panwar Memorial Award for B.Sc. Agriculture (2nd Year, 3rd Year, and 4th Year) Students” scheme is implemented by Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, under the Department of Agriculture, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to recognize and encourage B.Sc. Agriculture students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study by awarding them a cash prize for their academic excellence.

1. Award Amount: ₹10,000/- per year
2. Number of Awards: One award for each class

• 2nd Year: 1 student
• 3rd Year: 1 student
• 4th Year: 1 student

1. The applicant must be a student.
2. The applicant must be enrolled in the B.Sc. Agriculture program and be in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study at Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar.
3. The award is granted for a duration of one year only.

Offline

Students are first invited to submit their applications on the prescribed form. A committee, constituted by the Vice Chancellor, then reviews and evaluates these applications following a defined procedure. Based on the committee’s recommendations, the Vice Chancellor grants approval, after which the selected students receive the payments.

Documents are required in accordance with the university guidelines prescribed for this scheme.
