The scheme "Loktantra Senani Samman Pension Scheme" is implemented by the Police Department under the Department of Home, Government of Uttarakhand. पात्रता
- The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
- The applicant must be a widow or widower of a recognized democracy fighter.
- The applicant’s deceased spouse must have been imprisoned under MISA/DIR during the Emergency period from 25.06.1975 to 21.03.1977.

Offline
- The application has to be submitted to the concerned District Magistrate.
- Based on the report/recommendation of the District Magistrate, the pension will be sanctioned at the Government level after obtaining the approval of the Hon’ble Departmental Minister or the Hon’ble Chief Minister.
- The prescribed application format is not available. As proof, the applicant must submit evidence that his/her late husband or wife was receiving the Loktantra Senani Pension, or that he/she was imprisoned under MISA/DIR during the Emergency period (from 25.06.1975 to 21.03.1977).
