About Anganwadi Workers Welfare Fund
The scheme "Anganwadi Workers Welfare Fund" was launched by the Department of Women Empowerment and Child Development, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to Anganwadi workers/mini workers/assistants of the state upon attaining the superannuation age of 60 years.
Benefits
- A minimum amount of ₹30,000/- will be provided.
- Upon completing 20 years of service, ₹1,30,000/- will be provided.
Note: There is a provision for a 5% annual increase on the deposited amount.
Who is Eligible
- The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
- The applicant must be an Anganwadi woman worker/mini worker/assistant working on an honorarium basis.
- The applicant must have completed 60 years of age.
How to Apply
Offline
To receive the amount under the Anganwadi Workers Welfare Fund, Anganwadi workers/mini workers/assistants must apply at the concerned CDPO office.
A retirement certificate from the Anganwadi Centre, Aadhar card, and bank account details must be attached with the application.
