Step 4: Scroll down to the section "L. Tamilnadu differently abled welfare board schemes".
Step 5: Download the application form of the "S.No. 7 Reimbursement for purchase of spectacles for visually impaired persons Rs. 500".
Note: The application is to be submitted District Differently Abled Welfare Officer.
