The “Amit Gautam Memorial Scholarship (B.Tech in Electronics Engineering - 4th Year)” scheme is implemented by Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, under the Department of Agriculture, Government of Uttarakhand.
